Our technicians, from the masters through to the apprentices, work hard to deliver top quality work on deadline. The nature of the business requires experience, flexibility, creativity and accuracy.

They face engineering challenges every day, small and large. The work they do needs to meet very stringent safety and usability requirements; compromise is not an option.

On the floor and in the office

In the office, you'll be greeted by Karen, ever cheerful and super helpful. Bill is normally floating between the office and the workshop, on the phone or chatting to clients and OTs. Bill son is also in the workshop not exactly following in his footsteps but learning the ropes none the less, regardless everyone here is considered part of the family.

Lived in Experience

With the main inspiration to assist people with disability in this industry coming from the CEO Bill who has spent most of his life in a wheelchair. Other intergral members of the team have also lived in experience with over a decade of living with a spinal cord injury. This gives us that special understanding and common ground to be able to help our customers achieve their goals and provide a product that they can absolutely rely on.
