Seating and transfer

If you choose to travel using the existing car seats, you will probably have to transfer from wheelchair to vehicle seat - not an easy thing to achieve. PME provides a range of transfer solutions, including rotating and/or elevating seats, slings and transfer boards.

You may also need work done on the seat itself to make your travelling more comfortable or safe.

Normally, transferring to a car seat necessitates the stowing of a wheelchair - find out more in the storage section of the website.
