A delight to caregivers’ and wheelchair users alike; the Traveller car seat converts into a wheelchair and back again, eliminating the need for lifting or arduous transfers.

The system is comprised of a wheel unit and comfortable car seat. It acts a regular wheelchair but getting into the vehicle has been made that much easier with the seat designed to easily separate from the wheel unit and dock in the vehicle using the Discovery system. A couple of simple procedures move the chair and the passenger from the wheel unit into the vehicle, all without having to transfer. The compact wheelchair undercarriage can then be stored in the boot.

The Traveller comes in both self-propelled and carer operated wheel unit models.
