PME exhibited at the SCIA Independence Expo on the 5th of April at the Australian Technology Park, Sydney.
The SCIA Independence Expo is a unique one day event aimed at giving people living with spinal cord injury, their family and friends access to an extensive range of the most current products, services and resources all under one roof. This year there were approximately 420 attendees who came out to see the latest in assistive technology, mobility solutions, pressure care, employment support, accessible recreation/holiday ideas, modified motor vehicles and a lot more. Among these was a stand from PME Auto Conversions.
Attendees of the expo were pleased to see our stand, covering a large indoor area; PME representatives demonstrated our impressive interactive displays, as well as a number of our best and latest products.
The PME Smart Car display vehicle was on show once again, showcasing the latest technology in electronic mobility controls, accompanied by the PARAVAN wheelchair. For those who would like to see them again, we have demonstrations available at PME
Our interactive displays were on showcase once again, demonstrating the best PME has to offer, from spinner knobs to electronic mobility. Anyone could get behind the wheel of these displays and test out their favorite controls. Screens were also mounted on the stands with videos playing that described the controls in front of the viewer.
The SCIA Independence Expo was a big success. We hope you had a chance to visit our stand. Just in case you missed it, or if you wanted to see it all again, we took a few photos that you can view in the following gallery.
